Friends of Chartres will be part of a "European Corner" at this annual event, along with the other twinning groups: Friends of Ravenna (Italy), Speyer (Germany), and Valletta (Malta). There will be lots of information about the groups and a few little activities for children (plus sweeties!).

As part of the Chichester Festival, the city's four twinning associations come together to (this year) host a talk by Dr John Mason of the Chichester Planetarium, "Europe Blasts off Into Space", about the ground-breaking missions to planets, moons and stars which are being undertaken by the European Space Agency (which still includes the UK).
